After months of all the stores around me being dry of Mango flavour (apparently there had been some supply issues so I'm sure I'm not along) it is finally back. This drink tasted glorious. I have checked with 3 stores so it seems to be a thing. May our addictions resume and the price never rise.
It's a deal and a PSA. According to the rules it's not a deal if there is insufficient stock, so now that there is enough stock, it is a deal again. It's been a very dry spell, I think it's been at least 9 months since I was able to get a Frozen Mango, and I had tried all the stores I could.
Was it out of stock for just your stores or for all of Australia? It seems to me you're assuming just your stores.
Why so critical? Any reports to the contrary?

I did search to see if anyone had posted any deals for the Frozen Mango drink in the past and found nothing so I guess it's fair game. You should probably still remove "PSA" from the title though.

Was definitely not offered at about three Hungry Jacks I've tried in Perth metro, was told each time it has been discontinued.
Been able to get this for last year at my local. So no deal. Have at least one a week as my fav too.

Price have already risen. Previously there was just the one size and it was a buck. Now its renamed as the "jumbo" and is two bucks, and in its place, a "large" for a buck.
I think that the $1 Large is still the same but the $2 Jumbo is smaller than the old $2 Jumbo. I just buy 2x $1 Large if I'm feeling thirsty.
Tbh the now Large seems smaller than before.

@DH: Large has 20 oz marked under the cup (591.471ml I guess). I never realised to look under the plastic cups before for the size, it's a good tip :)
The kilojoule count of the jumbo is less than half of the large so I would say two large are better than a jumbo,

Tasted like water with a hint of mango topped with something sour.
To be more specific, 0.1% Bicyclo[3.1.1]hept-2-ene, 2,6,6-trimethyl and 0.1% limonene (1-Methyl-4-(1-methylethenyl)-cyclohexene), added to water and sugar and citric acid. AKA delicious.
I wouldn't care if they were made from Meth, they taste so good the addiction is worth it.

Mango has been out of stock in WA as well.
I thought was just my local store just trying to flog us the other flavours instead.
Mango was only one worth saving up for.
Coke simply stopped making the Mango. That's why it was gawwnnn for a few months.

Aldi has 1kg Bags of frozen mango cubes too. 100% frozen mango, no sugar, no chemicals. Far better than this chemical crud, tho perhaps not quite as convenient :)
Everything has chemicals and the Hungry Jacks isn't supposed to taste like an actual Mango, so I resent your comments, but I will still check out Aldi Frozen Mango cubes anyway as a separate treat, so I thank you for that.

I'm a little confused as to why you would resent my comment, and a little confused as to why HJ's Frozen Mango drink is not supposed to taste like actual mango, but I guess you are right, as I am sure that the Aldi Mango cubes are not organic and so therefore contain some chemicals that are used in growing the fruit.
I am sure there is very little actual mango in the HJ drink, more likely to be made up of sugar, water and flavorings. If that is your cup of tea, then please drink up and enjoy. :)
