  Afternoon All,
  I’m posting here ON BEHALF of Bargain Crypt.
  Practically all orders have been dispatched for all items (guitars, drums, surveillance etc); these have been sent via a combination of Australia Post and Fastway Couriers as Australia Post have a 5pm cut off time and Fastway 8pm.
  Whatever we could get to Australia Post before 5pm was sent leaving us with 3 hours to get the remaining orders out by 8pm via Fastway (rather than wait till the next day to send them and increase the wait time).

  I understand that this may have caused some confusion for our customers as they have been provided with an Australia Post tracking number which yields no results when tracked.
  The reason for this is because all orders were BOOKED in with Australia Post (and our delivery status was updated with the FMK number) but not ALL ORDERS WERE SENT VIA AUSTRALIA POST, for the reasons given above.

  If you log in to the website for an update and see “Fastway” in the Tracking field, your item has definitely not been sent via Australia Post and you can proceed to www.fastway.com.au and track your order from there.

  I know a lot of you have emailed and I’m working through the Inbox right now so replies will be coming poste haste.
  If you are posting here for an update, please include your order number (I cannot work out who you are purely from your Ozbargain username).
  Ideally, please continue to send your queries via email to us stating your order number in the Subject field and you will receive a response today, but again, let me assure you all that your orders have been dispatched and they will be arriving this week and possibly early next week for those that live in WA/Country locations etc.

  They sent me the wrong order!!! Received the guitars and Drum kit today only to realise that they sent me the wrong ones. I guess they must have been so busy that they didn't match the customer's order to what they are actually shipping out. I ordered Nintendo Wii versions and they gave me ones for XBOX. Crap…. Who knows how long it will take to send the wrong order back to logitech shop and for them to send the correct ones out again. They better not make me pay for postage.

    Hey Livert, sorry for the late reply. I just got back to Melbourne.

    The wrong order process was a little bit messy. I had to take the 3 heavy boxes to work and rush to the post office during my lunch break to send it back to Logitech shop. FYI.. It was not fun lugging 3 massive boxes to the post office and lining up for 20mins to post it back.
    This was done prior to my trip 2 weeks ago and now that I'm back in town, I've emailed Logictech shop today for them to ship me the correct order. Hopefully it will be a painless experience.

    I'll keep you updated on how they will rectify this.

    Note: I was not charged return shipping. A COD was organised with the Logitech Shop

        I've emailed them twice about shipping the correct order and they haven't bothered to reply.

        They have my money and I haven't got the goods.

        It has been rather painful dealing with these guys

  ps3 rock band 2 detects these drum controllers as a microphone input.. something wrong with the wireless dongle or sth? rockband 2 on ps3 has been confirmed to work with these drums. return them?
