    You Need to sign up for Canadian PSN account.

    Sign up for the canadian psn store by choosing region canada instead of australia. You can select regions on new accounts only

    Buy canadian psn cards and use the code to redeem the money in the canadian psn store and ypu are good to buy games from canada psn store. Just set this account as primary device to be able to play the purchased games on your main account.

    Any money left in Canadian psn account cannot be transferred to aus psn account.

  Also worth Mentioning is that it is cheaper to sign up for PlayStation plus on CA Store for 12 Months.
  CA PSN = $50 Cad ~ $50 Aud
  US PSN = $50 Usd ~ $70 Aud
  AU PSN = $70
