  Not negging the deal. Thanks OP. But the books themselves contain plenty of bad or questionable advice. Like not to use flash indoors and just raise the ISO to between 800 and 1600. Quick someone tell Joe McNally, Neil van Niekerk, David Hobby and Zack Arias that they've been wasting their time! (Not to mention one of the other books is on lighting including heavy use of flash).

  Lots of these books with people who shouldn't be teaching technique insisting their way is the best.

    I think so, check US version all 3 at $8.49 each and in AU version all 3 at $11.99 each.
