Very expensive in the scheme of what mainstream games are priced at lately.
This is the digital deluxe edition, which is basically the base game + season pass (3 DLCs, 2 with new content listed).
Base game + season pass for $80 isn't too bad.

Digital Deluxe != base game + Season Pass according to this.

Steam have the DLC for $19.99 USD (~$28.45 AUD)

The Xcom series have a history of depreciating in value very very fast.
I am guessing it will be below $40 USD sometime in March.
