Unless you want to play it on the Steam Deck and don't wanna mock about with third parties.
It's well worth setting up both libraries on your Deck anyway. Junkstore is my preferred option.

Think I'll play through this again. Love it.
Just played it through on new GPU in the last week. 3rd play through, few games have the depth for more than 1 replay, so many hidden elements or opportunities to do it different.
I don't like fantasy settings, so this is my favourite fps rpg. I agree. So many options and ways to play.
I have started playing Atomfall on Xbox pass, if you have a good rig it's a pretty game in a steampunk style, not AAA but quite good.
Its scifi not fantasy (not to be a pedant, just education as this relates to games, movies and books theres a clear distinction in almost all cases)
Yeah it is brilliant and holds up pretty well nowdays. I played it again (by accident, thought I hadnt touched it) realised 20 mins in or something and then thought why not. Regret nothing.

Is this game scary/creepy/has jumpscares?
There is a bit of a desolate/eerie vibe imo. I recall there being a few small jump scares because there are monsters that can mimic normal objects and surprise you but it's nothing compared to full on scary games like outlast if that's what you're concerned about. I highly recommend the game.
Yes, it has some jump scares and a lot of creepy encounters and exploration.
I usually hate horror games but I did enjoy this, although I did find it scary.
It's probably in the realm of Bioshock in terms of creepiness!

Mooncrash is tonnnnnnnes of fun once you finish the main game.
Think of it as an RPG, first person, roguelike. In Mooncrash you take control of multiple characters trying to escape the facility, but as you get MORE successful, less resources are left as you've looted them in previous runs. It can be tough, but very rewarding gameplay.
This is a really good game.
