  I wonder how long those steel chairs would last if left outdoors. Need a couple of cheap chairs to go with an aluminium table sitting outside.

    Out of the weather/under cover, for years, easily.
    I have the standard cheap 6+1 outdoor setting that is over 10 years old now. We lost one chair to mechanical failure and that's it.

      Yeah, I don't have an undercover area. The aluminium ones are good as they don't rust. I threw out my set of chairs because the padding went crap (did last a long while though) and the chairs were just platic straps supporting the pads. The table is still good. I think going a few aluminium sling chairs might be best.

    I think the soaker hose is good value.

  a dozen or so hoses left at Noarlunga this morning, they are outside in garden area (not with other hoses)
