Battery Storage Options for Enleoop batteries

hey guys i am just wondering where do you store all your enloops? I am starting to feel over flown with rechargeable NiMH batteries do you know of any good battery holders i can buy?

All my lithium-ion are stored in battery holders in a cool dark spot… so they do not heat up but they can also be stored in the fridge if need be just make sure they are stored in a air tight bag or compartment. Optimal storage voltage for Li-ion is about 4.00v and should be charged at least every 6 months.

Most enloop batteries will hold about 85% charge over a year being a low self discharge formula…so this does not apply to NiMH but it is better to cycle them with other batteries in the group.

I was worried about how long they will last being new and not used yet they are meant to have a 5 year shelf life….

while i am here give this a read its interesting. Some one on BLF found some 10-15 year old NiMH cells and he is trying to awaken them its a good read.
