Absinthe, yes real absinthe made in Australia just as it was at the dawn of the 20th century in Europe, during the golden age of Absinthe production.

2015 was a big year for the distillery. In search of the perfect base spirit for our absinthe, we created a pure all-grain base, distilled through pure silver five times (Yes properly 5x pot distilled by hand, in-house). We were so happy with the finished product it is now sold as a vodka in its own right: Silversmith Vodka also available through our webstore.

That was not our only news we have also recently released our "Demoiselle Absinthe 2015 Smoked". Similar to our 2015 Verte but smoked in a
process unique to our distillery using carefully chosen fruit tree wood that produces a gentle, sweet and fruity smoke that rounds, compliments and enhances the absinthe. We have taken our hand crafted authentic absinthe to a whole new world and made it something we are happy to say is a MUST drink Absinthe that would stand against any Absinthe in the world.
