    Just Google "Larry Kaeto" to see what sort of customer service you might expect from Exetel.

    Further, there is nothing special or "bargain" about those rates. The $30 carrot is not worth the stick.

  • Note these are all Vodafone network plans. The awesome HSPA/1.5c per MB is not here.

  • I wonder if the $30 also discounts the $20 SIM activation. If so, I'll be porting a number or two!

    • I got replied from Exetel.
      The activation fee is payable as soon as activation is done.
      So it is not in first invoice.
      So it is not offset by $30 discount.
      Exetel said that they must have the activation fee in place as a fraud mitigation process.
