Turns out it is 30% off sitewide OR 40% off using VIP40 as shown on a banner in their side (click link). They did a very misleading advertising via email. As you can see, the * section says that it includes sale items. I will email Nautica and ask for clarification. Sorry guys.

      nope, i'm registered and its not working for me either

      I think the wording is right, but they should have said:
