Oh.. realised what happened. On the main JC3 page - there's two options to buy the regular version or the day 1 version. I didnt realise the difference and selected the Day 1. Working now after I went back to pick the norman JC3..

Good price for JC3. Great game too and has had a couple of patches now as well.
