Krispy Kreme (Gold Card Offer) . Buy a Dozen Doughnuts and Get 50% off All Purchases in March

360

Okay just got this email from Krispy Kreme. Should be throughout Australia (Conditions don't mention any specific states).

Offer Validity: 1st of March - 31st of March.

Conditions:

  1. Print the Gold Card that is attached. Purchase a dozen doughnuts at full price and you get 50% off all subsequent purchases from Krispy Kreme throughout the entire month of March.

  2. The Gold Card has to be printed and presented when you purchase the first dozen doughnuts (which would be the normal price). Then you get a stamp and the receipt gets stapled to your Gold Card. Just keep the stamped Gold Card with the receipt.

  3. Then you present the Gold Card with the stamp and receipt for all future purchases in March, 2010 and you get 50% off. Simple as that.

That's the important part of the conditions. Check the attached image for all conditions (mostly about the offer not redeemable for cash, something about not having more than 5 bottled-drinks per transaction and that sort of thing).

  • Yay! I win! Wow.. Krispy offers get posted pretty quickly on Ozbargain. I received the email like 2-3 minutes before I posted and within a minute from my post, 2 other guys posted as well.

Nice offer; but after the first dozen, how many Krispy Kreme donuts can you go thru in a month? Unless of course you are buying them daily for your office…

      As above.

    • Don't ask ;-) These things are addictive and can be eaten in a second. One day they'll invent healthy items that taste like doughnuts… ;-)

A Dozen?!?!! .. well.. at least my nearly forgotten gym membership will get some use!! lol..

  • Unless you live alone or you're eating them alone, a dozen goes through pretty quickly. I think you can go through a dozen in less than a week if there are 2 or more people in sharing the dozen. I think.. but I love doughnuts haha

    • my family has tea and coffee together several nights a week so u can go thru a dozen in 2 days

These things should be 50% off everyday! What are they like $22 for an assorted dozen now? FFS.

I get a dozen donuts from Coles for $1 when they mark them down at the end of the day…

Not really on the same level. But good value yes :D

    • are u srs they used to be $12

    • $22, really? I thought it was around $18 and even then I thought that was too expensive!

This deal would be better if it lasted 3 months. :p Doubt I'd buy more than a dozen in a month - I'd feel guilty, these things are so fattening.

      • They seem to have gone up about $2 a year since launch. Was at least $20.95 or $21.95 last time I was in there a month or two ago.

    • considering the material cost (excluding all other intangible cost) per doughnuts is so low (down to the cents), they even still make profit if discounted to 95% .. lol..

Don't be fooled by hype - they are not that great.

  • its off all purchases. so go buy some water or something if youre conscious about ur weight.
Then when its 2.50, they reduce it to 1.25 :)

    • You've still got to eat your way through that first dozen though lol

      • T&C said that you have to buy any product 'inclusive' of doughnuts to be eligible for 50% off

        • Are you replying to me? You have to buy one dozen doughnuts to 'activate' your gold card.

    The title should be:

Buy a dozen doughbuts and get 50% increase in body fat in March

  • How much are a dozen of those original glaze ones?

    • $15.95 according to their online store.

  • A Krispy Kreme gold card, show the world just how much you really care about being unhealthy.

  • I wanna lick,lick,lick

    • You're going to be popular this mardi gras weekend :P

  • Has anyone tried this at their local KK yet? Can you buy 2 boxes instead of one to get this?
Anyone in NSW tried this yet
