First time posting a deal. Came across this remote control car at the Dick Smith (Innaloo, WA) counter for $5. Ebay is selling for $55 http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/iKonRC-The-Buggy-for-iPhone-3-4-i…. There's heaps when I left (at least 20 units). Not sure if it's state wide or just the local Dick Smith.

So you caught up with Dick Smith in a loo? Quick, call the rumour file.
No. It says made for iPod touch (2nd, 3rd and 4th gen), iPhone (3G, 3GS and 4), iPad, iPad2 on the box. The dongle connects to a 30pin connector only.
So not for iPad 4 then?

$29.95 @ Doncaster DSE Just got it scanned at register.
Thank you for the post. I bought two, thinking they were a real bargain, but the batteries do not charge?
Bit deceptive of Dick even at $5.Bought two heli's and one has stuffed battery also. D'oh!
I read that lithium polymer batteries will not recharge if discharge too much and saw a few utubes where people got them going. Maybe best to get my $5s back and tell Dick to use the bin rather than mess customers and kids around at xmas.
Would this work with iphone 5c?? Or with the new lightning port??
