Not the newest version but absolutely free. Registration needed but you can use fake details, no confirmation of email address required.
Reviews are pretty good for it.
Click on link and pick Windows or Mac, enter fake (or real) name, email and code ADVENT. They will show you the key and download the installer.

Decent home use workflow if you're not looking to spend money on other software such as Lightroom. I have pd4 so this will be a step up. Thanks op.
