Wheelsterd has some best prices on these electric scooters at the moment and they are going to continue till Christmas. As seen on Amazon these scooters are selling quite well but are expensive as compared to this store and in addition I was given an awesome coupon code which saves $200 on every new purchase and they also ship free worldwide so no extra money on customs and taxes. Its absolutely a fantastic deal.

      Sure it will…

Although, not off to a good start.

The scooters are listed as $799!

The post title is "30% OFF". 30% of $799 is $239.70. The post however says to save $200, which is 25%.

If it really does save $200, then then the 10-inch scooters look like a better buy; $549 after the 200 off.

  • Mmyeah, but haven't these things been declared illegal to use in public places in Australia? Or is it just in certain states? Something about them needing to be 'registered'…? Or is that some other product?

    • A few councils in queensland apparently allow them, if council laws trump state laws. Nearly everywhere else they're illegal to use in public as the motors often exceed the maximum power (wattage output) allowed for a "pedestrian" device.

I think the solution is to purchase a few large "200W" stickers. Use these liberally all over the device.

Make sure to cover up anything that says "500W".

    • Read this CHOICE article for the facts on the legality. "low" wattage doesnt always mean its legal

It varies according to state. Also the article reviews some units. And full article is available even to non subscribers

Is there a spelling mistake after wheels?
Hope it's not indicative of the product
