    May I know the difference between a U3 and U1?
    Say there are two cards, both have Lexar 633x Read 95MB/s and '4K' written on the package but one being U1 the other U3. Any difference at all?

      U1 is guaranteed 10mb/s write. U3 is 30mb/s write

    You do know that manufacturers intentionally make different models with different speeds suited for different users and each are priced accordingly? Also the one you listed isnt even at the same price point or close to be compared directly to this.
