Doesn't look too different from the current Google Calendar. Am I missing a particular feature it has over Google's stock calendar app?

  There's a more complete month/agenda view that you don't get and it's a better visual style - although I just use Google Calendar to be honest.

Looks really similar to Business Calendar as well. I used Today when he released it on reddit, up until the widget became a pro version feature. $0.20 is a good deal though.

I found Calendar Widget by +1 Labs had the best agenda view with more options than this app, paired with SolCalendar that has a better UI and user experience than Google's Calender app and Today Calendar.

Both free as well.
