This deal requires a US PSN account, there is an extensive guide that I used to open one months ago:

I have only looked at the PS4 deals, but there are some for PS3 and PS Vita as well.

Notable deals on PS4 in my opinion:

Wolfenstein The New Order: 9 USD (85% off)
Wolfenstein The Old Blood: 6.60 USD (67% off)
The Order 1886: 10 USD (50% off)
Dishonored Definitive Edition: 15.20 USD (62% off)

I find that I have to use incognito mode to have access to the US PSN Store so I don't get redirected to the AU one. Who knew that incognito mode was for other things than a solo late night secret gift shopping for your partner.

So right click the "Go to Deal" dongle, and choose "open in a new private window". That's for Firefox, but should be similar for others.
