I bought Sony Action Cameras (FDR X1000V) from the deal I've seen here at Ozbargain with the $200 discount. This is my third purchase of the product and it was only when I got home that I noticed it does not have the Sony Quality Assurance seal that I've from my first 2 purchases. Then I checked the contents, it's missing some accessories too. As a reference to others who bought it, my first 2 purchases had these:
Action Camera
Waterproof case
1 clip and 2 mounts (flat and curved)
$15 voucher (expired but a replacement will be email upon registration)
GoPro converter mount
Batteries
USB to microUSB cable
4 stickers
My third one is missing a GoPro mount, voucher and 2 stickers. I went to the store to ask for a sealed one but all of their stocks have no seal in them, nor a GoPro mount, nor a voucher but their stock have 4 stickers (mine just had two).
Since all their other stocks have none of those I find it hard to argue my point even though my other 2 purchases had it. I bought my cameras at different branches. I feel like I didn't get the complete product I've paid for but I don't like confrontations either. Any thoughts? Anyone experienced this too?
This was the JB Hi-Fi deal three days ago? Did you buy your previous two FDR-X1000V from JB Hi-Fi as well?
I bought a FDR-X1000V from the JB Hi-Fi deal at the end of August. It came with 2 stickers, but no GoPro-mount converter or Sony store voucher.
However, my HDR-AS100VR (with Liveview remote), bought from JB Hi-Fi in their trade-in deal at the end of last year, came with 4 stickers, GoPro-mount converter and a $15 Sony store voucher.
