Lowest price ever at USD $99.99, normally selling at around USD $140 so it's a real bargain. This is currently the largest capacity MicroSD card available.

    Wowee. This is mighty tempting

EDIT: Just placed an order for one. Thanks OP!

Same price that it was on a lightning deal a few days ago. Goes to show never know what to expect.

  • +1

Although i bet those who paid the $143 USD delivered price those few days ago https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/220876 ought to get onto Amazon support chat to see if a price difference refund can be organised. Otherwise you'd be spitting chips.

    • +2

Amazon has 7 days price guarantee. So you def can ask for the difference to be refunded if the purchase made within the 7 days.

Was kind of expecting 256GB. After international tariffs and GST 200GB seems fair.

  • Is this fully compatible with surface pro 4?

    • +1

reviews on the site seem to indicate so. it should be find in the SP4 - that's what I bought one for!

      • +1

Cheers, this sounds like a good deal anyway, on staticice, cheapest is double what you're paying at Amazon! http://www.staticice.com.au/cgi-bin/search.cgi?q=sandisk+mic…

        • yep, excellent deal! how you liking your SP4? I've had mine a little under a week and am absolutely loving it. Just waiting for the cyan blue type cover to become available! Using a teal one currently.

        • @mattlol: Can you return the cyan one when the teal becomes available?

        • @The Land of Smeg:
the other way around - I'm waiting on the cyan one!
But nope, doubt it - just gonna sell the teal one on ebay. happy to take a loss

          @mattlol: I'll probably go Teal when I bite on the SP4. It's just so… retro… Windows 95 style.

        • +1

          @mattlol: grabbing it tomorrow lol

Isn't that what ozBargain is all about?

  • Does it work with LG G4?

    i just wasted my 120bucks on a 64GB one for psv……damn…

    • +1

lol bloody hell. must have been a retail store?

      • +2

nah vitas use a proprietary memory stick which never really got economies of scale going enough to make them cheap.

        • +1

ah, well that sucks lol. nice username btw! love me some LCD Soundsystem.

        • @mattlol: i was just being sarcasm for the psv memory stick…price never drop works like a currency itself already lol

    • The vita doesnt even take micro sds. Its a proprietary format. Completely unrelated and not comparable.

  • Thanks. This is perfect for Loadiine rips

you can have $5 off by using the mobile referral from here

make the deal even sweeter ;)

  • I paid $155 during the 30 minute blitz then ($5 for the conversion I think). Got the email yesterday to say its shipped.. so cant wait. :)

  • Anyone know if this will fit my Sony 4k from this deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/221184 ?

  • Was gonna buy this but on the surface book reddit forum, some guy said "Reading around some of the reviews (e.g. this one), the SanDisk Ultra [UHS-I/U1] cards may be coming up substantially short on write speeds compared to UHS-I/U3 alternatives: 15MB/s vs. 55-75MB/s according to that particular review. (I have the SanDisk Ultra 64GB in my SP1: can confirm 15MB/s writes.)" Another wrote "I was checking out benchmarks people have left in (some very detailed) Amazon reviews, and the difference between U1 and U3 is substantial. Unfortunately 64GB seems to be the current cap for U3 across all brands."… So about 4 minutes of copy time for a 3.6GB file… I'll skip this deal but it would be great for people who don't need the speed.

  • wow amazon posted mine with DHL and going to receive it this Friday. what a amazing service. Thanks amazon and OP.

    • Did you pay the delivery via expedited service or the cheapest available?

      • +1

        cheapest option.

Seeing as 128GB's have been on Ozb for ~$66, per GB isn't this 200GB a bit much? 0.75c per gig (200gb) VS 0.51c per gig (128gb). In other words- it means I'm paying +$84 for an additional 72GB compared to the 128gb.

This is how pricing structure works across pretty much all tech products. Best price-to-performance ratio is usually in the midrange, not the high or low end. High end is always newer tech for people who don't mind paying extra, but that doesn't stop this being a good price.
