Plenty of grey importers have 'AU warranty'. Doesn't mean they have to legally honour it though. Just read all the faulty gear horror stories with DWI and eglobal. Having 'AU warranty' should not be a 'feature', as it doesn't mean anything.

People remember eBay deal is subsided by eBay, store get the same amount of cash, maybe not possible for store to directly giving 20% discount.

what do you mean? when ebay give 20% off, means we pay 80% and ebay pays 20% to the seller. you'll see the breakdown of this at your paypal transaction history.

I got this during the ebay 20% off - amazing phone. Only flaw for me is the overheating during games / video.
