  • Damn some of these items are super cheap.

Only good for wearing in your room lol

  • Thanks OP I was wondering where I'd find some bad taste beach-y clothes for Christmas (no sarcasm). All sorted now.

    • -2

I used to wear their stuff all the time when I was 18.

Went to the checkout and my item said it was unavailable…….. it should be like ASOS when it's in the cart, is RESERVED…… errrrrr not happy…. but whatevs.

  • Click and Collect link is not working for me.
    Edit: Nevermind, it works now.

  • Thanks OP. Got 4 items for $27 and free click and collect at my local store. I don't think CashRewards worked for me as whenever I would try to access the store through their website it would give me a 'Busted Error' but otherwise still a great deal!

Yep same deal with the Busted Error going through cashrewards. Some decent deals to be had if you can find your size.

  • Very weird error won't let me check out?

    "Error
The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_tblPromotionCustomer_tblCustomer". The conflict occurred in database "RAG", table "dbo.tblCustomer", column 'CustomerID'. The statement has been terminated."

I received that error using Chrome. Switched to Firefox then it worked fine.

      • Thanks heaps for that tip, I was ready to give up. Their website is very clunky for a decent size business and I lost items (sizes) along the way like most seem to have, it's a shame but not much you can do.

Still took me close to an hour to make a 10 min purchase. First I had to have a login, then cashrewards didn't work so I tried pricepal, activating pricepal cleared my cart had to re-find items (lost out on items again) then needed new browser due to error, still no cashreweards and I didn't bother to install pricepal on that one.

All in all I got click and collect on some sizes I'm unsure about, have to see how I go, hopefully can refund in store if required. due to needing to switch browsers find all items again.

Really poor form, I had 6 items in my cart and called up the hotline to ask where was the click and collect (it wasn't until the last page). Took five minutes then I check back and all the items were cleared from my cart. Try to purchase three of the items again and the sizes weren't available (just xxs or xxl sizes) when before there were large. Once items are added to a cart they should be reserved for fifteen minutes and taken off the purchase page. This just frustrates customers. Horrible experience.

Now I'm getting "A valid customer must login before a cart can be converted to an order." When I have put my number and store details for C&C. Nothing told me I couldn't C&C as guest. I was going to purchase $60 worth of gear then it went down to $30 because I couldn't get half of it. Now I'm not bothering at all. Get stuffed.

Also no offence to the OP and experiences may vary but I had to neg based on my experience with this sale and site.

      • Sorry to hear that. No offense taken. They could definitely provide a bit more information about their process from the outset.

      • I C&C'd as a guest fine.

Tho initially I did have problems trying to add enough items to get to the free shipping because they kept being snapped up by someone else. They must have had very few of each size (or very many customers)…
