I've just found this deal under 'Mates Rates' offer from their Android App. Confirmed with a few colleagues they all have this offer in their app, so shouldn't be a targeted offer.

Buy any 2 Boosts and get them both for half price. You just need to find someone to buy together.

Personally I think Boosts are overpriced, so only get them when they have offers like this. Enjoys.
