    Wouldn't touch amicroe with a 10ft stick, especially if you are using it as your only memory card for a memorable trip. The number of times I had people come back saying corrupt card was staggering.

    Pay a litle more for samsung or sandisk, also a good backup routine wouldn't go astray either.

    • R U saying that sandisk is more reliable?

      ====Correct me if I am wrong.====
      As far as I know, Sandisk has bad reputation on their ultra microsd cards and those cards have a lot of issues with some HD cameras. I am using a go pro and there are lot of negs on the forum. I ended up with buying Lexar UHS1/3 MicroSD card from amazon. I have one Samsung 32GB EVO but I haven't tested it yet.

      No to mention that the standard ultra version of SD is supposed to be OK. However, I had one of the Sandisk 32GB C10 ultra SD corrupted (I used on a DSLR) and had it swapped by sending it back to Sandisk in Sydney.

      I believe most of the SD cards are now using TLC which is high in storage density but they get pretty short writing cycles in comparison with MLC and SLC. It's one of the contributing factor that why they are getting more and more unreliable - they finally become a CONSUMABLE PRODUCT!

      Data is invaluable so multiple backups would be a ultimate solution.
