That appears to be for consoles only, when you click "For PC" it redirects you to the page that says $29.99…
Deluxe Edition is different to the Premium Edition.
EDIT: Actually you're right. The Premium is completely separate to the base game. I got the premium version a while back which included the BF4 base game.

How big is the game to download with all DLCs for PC? Dont have unlimited internet :(
Base game plus all DLCs is about 67Gb installed on my PC. Not sure how big the download is, but it's likely to be >60Gb.

Find a friend who has the game installed already. With a tricky work-around, you can copy those files to your PC so you don't need to download anything - but playing the game will still use some data as well. You still need to buy the game, of course.

I have been playing for some time now. Still haven't purchased any of the DLCs. Most people play the normal version anyway.
Not sure about "most people" - there are heaps of servers running DLC maps, and some of the DLC maps are really good. But considering the extra $20 cost for Premium, the base game is great value at only $10.
BF4 is really good now, very much the "definitive edition". I'd say it's now one of the top FPS games, hope DICE cares this much when BF5 is released…
Still waiting for Battlefield 4 Premium Edition to be $20 again. Kinda bumper move to not make it $20 from 2 months ago.
Might want to add the Premium Edition is $29.99 - this is the only version that comes with the expansions further more it might also be worth noting that everyone with an origin account can currently play the vanilla game ($9.99 as listed above) for free for 168 hours at the moment.
If you want to play vanilla BF4, use your free game time instead first to see whether it's worth your schmeckles…of course you run the risk of it no longer being on sale but theres always another sale around the corner…
