Free Tickets for a New Comedy Show on Channel 7 - Melbourne

141

Some of you may have seen this during the tennis broadcast. Just send a blank email to [email protected] and hopefully you get a reply! (Note: You must be over 18 to attend.)

I sent an email in yesterday and got an invite to attend a recording next Saturday at Global TV Studio in South Melbourne. You can invite an additional three guests too.

"Thanks for your recent interest in attending the recording of a new Seven Network TV program. We would love to offer you the opportunity to be the first to enjoy our brand new comedy game show. Tickets are in high demand and our first show recording is now full. However we are now looking for an enthusiastic audience to attend a taping of our 2nd show which will be filmed in February. The show features some of Australia’s funniest people, celebrity guests, and comedians who are set to be the next big thing.

Why wait for the comedy festival when you can get all these laughs in one afternoon – for free?"

    melbourne only?

  • I'm not 100% sure. Any one from other states seen the ad during the tennis?

  • It might be for 'The Marriage Ref'. I just saw an ad on 7TWO, with Jerry Seinfeld, going on about a new 7 Show called The Marriage Ref and the same website as the link here, to go to.

    • Marriage ref is in the US. not being shot here.

  • These free audience tickets are for 'The White Room', a new comedy game show on Seven this year.
It will be hosted by Tony Moclair and Julian Schiller.
There is more information on http://www.tvtonight.com.au/tag/the-white-room.

    • Is it going to star Guido Hatzis too? :)

      • Not too sure if Guido will be involved. Should be an interesting show though, it's an original concept.

  • Just go to the Talkin' 'Bout Your Generation tapings. Guaranteed to be funnier

Since when are tickets to a TV show a bargain?

  • I thought tickets to every show taping were free?

Sorry, I never knew how to be a part of the audience so I thought it was worth posting for others that didn't.
