I have been part of many sites, but I have found that OzBargain member base to be the most tolerant of each other.
Sure I seen personal attacks and trolling, but its not as nasty as Whirlpool when things go sour.
Thoughts? Reasons as to why?

Site discussion (not to mention creating new threads, commenting all over random deals/forum) is not the place to air moderation issues especially when it comes to personal attacks or where it involves another banned user. Just in the past couple of days you've made 5 comments to us in TWAM, which we responded with 3 more. If you disagree, then fine, disagree, but we can't continue to have circular conversations that never end and then claim we aren't responding to you.
Just move on and let's put our positive energy into finding some bargains. Deal?
I think I will leave it at that, I hope you take on board some of the constructive criticism and just don't dismiss it because you disagree/dislike me.

We make mistakes all the time and it would be dishonest to say we don't. However by writing guidelines and discussing with other moderators, we minimize these so all moderators will act in a similar manner to all incidents.
Just today, we made a mistake here and have corrected it.
On a personal note, people not admitting mistakes is one of my biggest pet peeves. Probably from working in government but you also see our country's leaders slag each other off. So by their own admissions, they've never made a mistake, just blame the opposing party.

I'm sorry you don't understand. You mentioned previously you are an engineer and unfortunately we can't break it down in measurements and equations. We can only explain best in the words that we have which may not satisfy you.
