I don't think so - the voucher simply states "present voucher" and doesn't say anything about having to be a member. Regardless, membership is free.
The voucher also says "VIBE Club Member" on the top left… :S

hmmm… but you can just walk in and become a member. There is no application or anything of that sort, just ask for a card.

I tried one of the pina coladas - yesterday - pretty freakin tasty. I believe I paid of $6 for it too - not a fantastic bargain but a deal nonetheless.
