The promotion excludes Samsung IT product(s) purchased through any online discounter (including shoppingsafari.com.au, thebargainhunter.com.au, shopbot.com.au), online bidding or auction websites (including ebay.com.au) or otherwise purchased through unauthorised retailers in the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
In the terms and conditions they state that you should check whether a retailer is included in the promotion. I checked out Harris Technology using the phone number on the claim page and the guy I spoke to said that they are included in the promotion. The T&C's say that they'll aggregate your spend over several receipts for multiple claims (and presumably for your first claim).
On a side note, it's interesting that they say you can't purchase any items through an online discounter and then include shopbot.com.au and the like, because AFAIK you can't purchase anything through those sites; they just compare prices for products from online stores. I'd be curious to know what they mean by this, and whether it'd stick given the ambiguous wording in the terms and conditions. Are all stores on shopbot.com.au online discounters?
