The Ultimate Australian Wellness Bundle Is a Package of 35+ eBooks for $44.95, RRP $450

22

I've done the Hunter Gatherer Elimination Protocol from Changing Habits and have had an amazing eye-opening journey. I've found out what foods irritate my body and avoid those, so I am eating better now, feel much better and healthier and have even come off other medications (proved via blood results through my GP). I've also lost 12kg as a side effect.
Highly recommended from a happy customer, not connected with the company.

If you are involved with this deal then you need to state your association.

  • AS I originally stated: Highly recommended from a happy customer, not connected with the company.

    • that what are the more useful books in the bundle?

Ok I took the in brackets bit that says 'including me' to be you :-)

the words (including me) are within the section titled "Website Blurb", suggesting the entire section has been pasted in from the website…
In which case, the "Me" is not matthew8, but the website author!

        • The is correct

    • You have "including me" as an expert author.

So it really helped you, is it hard work?
How long did your journey take?

Hi Malouphix, yes I'm doing quite well, Thanks for asking. I started on 1st of May and the elimination protocol I followed is for 6 weeks. It removes all preservatives, sugar, grains, dairy and nuts from your diet so your body can "reset" on basic unprocessed foods. Then you introduce these foods back in one at a time and monitor what effect if any it has on your body. That takes another 6-8weeks so takes 3-4months all up. I found that I react moderately to wheat / gluten and yeast and less so to dairy. Every Body is different so the reaction/response for everyone is different. Also it is restrictive on what you can eat during the elimination so eating out and traveling is hard, but not impossible, it just takes extra planning.

Cool, thanks for the update. I'm lucky I'm able to tolerate all foods (although curry's are felt next day), but am quitting all sugar to determine if it clears my mind and improves my focus and concentration with no sugar in my system.

Eliminating foods is generally not a good idea. Limiting them is. Be aware that just like the sucrose you're eliminating, most carbs will end up being transformed into glucose in your blood stream. Too much of that glucose running around is a disease we call diabetes. But with none of it running through your veins you'd die instantly.

Not a bargain. Where's the list of books and associated prices? OP is obviously connected with the company

    • +1

I am not connected with changing habits, apart from being a paying customer.
The list of books is on the website if you bothered to check it.
I purchased one book "Hunter Gatherer Elimination Protocol - Ebook" and that cost me $38, so many books for a little more is a bargain IMHO

  • [Hunter Gatherer Elimination Protocol] is that what Mike Willessee was subjected to by Pete Evans?

fwiw I couldn't help but chuckle at Willesee having to give up his fridge full of Coke-a-Cola. ffs! :D

  • no bargain

    nothing to compare with

    List of ebooks:
    http://yourperfectbundle.com/

New Age stuff, uses words like: cleansed, raw, peace, paleo, rejuvenate…

    Who reads this stuff?

    • No Freelee the Banana Girl, No Deal.

    • Sadly a lot of people who haven't received a proper education despite over a decade of schooling.

    • Hippies?
