    NO, their policy is really strict and you only can exchange or receive a gift card (1 year expiry). I had an issue with them and never ever buy anything from them.

  It would definitely be in-store or other means, otherwise that would contravene the ACL 2011.

    No, it's just your minimum statutory rights re an item not being fit for the purpose it's sold for etc.
    
    Edit - oh but you could exchange in store:
