  Also: Platypus do not honour returns of gifts, mention at the time of sale to a purchaser that if it's a gift, they require a gift receipt from the recipient and are all round difficult and unreasonable c&^%s to deal with, that have no concept of good will, consumer respect etc!
  Also, it is possible (yet not proven as yet) they're selling imitation shoes (pair I've been gifted in the same size as others in that brand and style are significantly smaller, hence the beginning of my issues with these dubious idiots).
  Will leave it up to the reputable manufacturer to sort them out, as the mater is in their hands now, since not even their State Manager was willing to deal with this.

  Consider this a massive buyer beware.

      2. I've already reached out to the company behind the brand purchased, since when I sought to peacefully resolve it, you demonstrated nil interest and actually were rude and defamatory in your responses.
      3. I note that it appears you've only registered to reply to my comment, as you've interacted in no other way with the community here.
         That alone speaks volumes, you're not here to offer bargains and participate in a positive spirit, yet to attempt to mitigate brand damage.
