Cheapest price I have found at $155.78 at the Dick Smith eBay store, I have been looking to get this smart watch for a while and the next cheapest at the moment is $182 + Shipping which is from expansys and other sites have them for around the $220 mark plus shipping (all are imports).

No, 2, 8, and 10 in that policy are exclusions. Although 2 is vague, I take it to mean the retail store needs to have the price. 10 is guess, but likely considering eBay are pushing the price down, not DSE.
Why not just buy from their eBay store for $155, and once you receive the new one, return it unopened with your $211 receipt? I think they will be quite okey to refund you for an item still in original package.
You would think they would as a goodwill gesture based on their price matching policy but then again, can't see anything to say the have to match their own price.
Have you opened it yet? If not, you could return the one you purchased and rebuy it at the new price.
or buy another one and return that one with your original reciept ;)
what's the difference between the activite and activite POP?
POP is cheaper material. Not made in Swiss. Functionality is the same
POP has glass, normal has Sapphire Glass.

Collected one from DSE today. Everything works except the activity hand not moving. Do I need get a replacement?
I would say yes, As my watch I got on on Tuesday works a treat, Did you align the activity hand to zero when you turn it on??
