Hey guys, I'm just getting back into the whole 'exercising' thing. In my younger years I used to boil eggs, but I don't want to waste the egg yolks. I thought there'd be 'egg white protein' powder I could buy instead. I'm severely allergic to dairy so I cannot use whey and I don't want to use soy protein.
What can people recommend?
