Does anyone know what model HDD is on the inside of the enclosure? Only thing I've found so far is it's a 5400rpm drive.
I'm thinking it might be a cheap upgrade for my PS4.
Beware that recent WD portable drives have all been native USB with no sata connectors. Makes it very difficult to re-purpose outside of the enclosure.

Just kidding mate..I also had a referral not work recently..but only tried once with a friend so don't know what went wrong, never bothered again. Also I believe that overall this referral systems are widely abused..
AFAIK you are only given credit if the referred person actually buys something, whether there is a minimal $ they have to spend, I can't recall.

It doesn't look like it can be easily used as internal drive.
