Mi Goreng is where every Asian uni student's sweet dreams are made of. I'm not sure this is nation wide though.

oh well I'm asian so I guess you're right
This is great for every home owner!!! Cheap food! ;)
Showing in catalogue for that price starting tomorrow :)
just a friendly advice..dont eat too much…this thing seriously gonna give you cancer ..
Totally agree with Droid11, paid cheap with your diner now then pay dearly with your health later
So are all processed meats like bacon, ham, hotdog, luncheon meat, also all pickle stuff, gmo food, last I heard too much red meats also increase chance of bowel cancer. Essentially every foods can give you cancer this day.
Hence I try to eat as much "fresh stuff" as possible now that I'm in a better paid work to attone for my previous guilt. I definitely feel much better in term of IBS etc since stop eating instant noodles..
That's only going to be applicable to those who have a sensitivity to the wheat, gluten or other ingredient of the noodles.
I see this mistake being made all the time. What works for you will not necessarily be what works for others. That's why thin people automatically assume the overweight are just lazy gluttons. Eating fresh less processed food as a general rule will be healthier, but not necessarily prevent IBS or cancer.
Just dont use the palm oil - thats where most of the bad stuff is
I like these better, some Asian grocers have them for $3
No MSG? What a ripoff! I love MSG. :)
I love MSG. :)
developed by Ajinomoto Corporation of Japan
That noodle used to contain MSG but ever since there was a rumor regarding MSG in S.Korea the company stopped using MSG. That's why it doesn't tast like it used to
So the rumour about MSG was true so the company stopped using MSG, because it was true?
Is this price everyday at my local IGA. Im no longer a student but these are still great for a snack or light lunch now and again.
I used to purchase this brand but after trying Aldi brand mi goreng i always buy at Aldi. It's cheaper and tastes better for me
Is it this one here: http://aldimum.com.au/simplee-mi-goreng-instant-noodles/
I've also tried the Costco ones before but I don't like them compared to Indomie.
Yes that's the one. Aldi has only one type of mi goreng at the moment. Mix the noodle with stir fried veggies. It's pretty good
Ok awesome. I'll give those a try. Thanks.
The one below the Mi Goreng is better.
There, I said it.
but does it do 5 for $2 tho? ;)
It's very rarely on special unfortunately
I got a box of these today from an Asian grocer, $10.50 for 8 5 packs. So $1.31 per 5 pack, and 26ยข per pack. (standard price)
Sure the Woolworths and Coles stock is slightly higher quality, but I would still recommend it.There's not many quality asian groceries in Berra city though (if not none). Plus travelling there from where I live is really out of the way so the money I save going there is pretty much compensate for the petrol anyways. This woolies is opposite to where I work so I normally just do my grocery afterwork there, convenient :).
Well before going to a woolworths to grab one of these try your local asian grocer and look at the price of a box. Chances are it's way better value for money.
Add one or two fried eggs, a few slices of bacons, and some bokchoy and you have one healthy meal costing less than $3.

You forgot to multiply that by 2 mate cuz nobody eats 1 pack at a time.
Just returned from there, its listed as 3.25$ per 5 packs.
Isn't a 5-pack around that price anyway ?
