900maH is pretty low power, i don't buy anything less than 2000maH
the 900 is for the AAAs, you wont seen mainstream AAAs with anything more than 1200maH,
the AAs are 2500maH..
Coles have Varta Branded 2x AA and 2x AAA with a USB Charger that can charge 2 of them at once for $9.99
so thats 4 batteries with a free charger!

Which Coles? Any in Melb? I checked two today and no Varta chargers (or shelf space for them) unfortunately. Just packs of four Varta batteries on their own for ~$13.

Coles are quitting Varta so you will just have to look around, the quit has been going on for a while
If people are looking for rechargable AA or AAA batteries, Aldi stock their Ultracell (AAA are 900mAh NiMH 1.2V) 4 pack as regular items for ~$10.
Good deal if that's the battery that you want. I much prefer the Low Self Discharge batteries. Varta calls its one "Ready2Use".
