  • Does this fit protected 18650 cells?

    • +1

It would have to since nitecore batteries would be protected

Nitecore MH20 CREE XM-L2 U2 1000LM USB Smallest LED Flashlight

title is misleading: it's (potentially) the "smallest 18650 USB rechargeable flashligh", but it's definitely not the "smallest LED Flashlight"!!!

    you should edit the title!

  • i doubt this little torch will be able to give out 1000 lm, it is like a 10W LED light bulb.

    • I hope it can't. If it can it would be hotter than a light globe in seconds

    • Huh? What makes you think this wouldn't get to 1000l?

    • +6

Not saying you're wrong, but I think Nitecore lumen ratings are a bit more reliable than most budget chinese brands.

      More detailed review here: http://budgetlightforum.com/node/39646

    • +2

Wouldn't be surprised if it was within 10%

    • i am sure this is ANSI rated lumen Nitecore doesn't muck around!

  • -5

    Totally unnecessary torch…..buy a $3 one instead.

    • +2

Totally unnecessary comment. Listen to Tony Abbott instead.

      • +1

Totally unnecessary Prime Minister. Please replace.

        oh.. wait. Snap.

  • +3

    No battery included

  • For those looking for batteries, these aren't bad. They will probably take just as long to arrive as the light itself.

    • slowtech?

Great price for a Superb Flashlight/Torch which has become my favourite EDC.

    • Do you have any tips/recommendations on buying 18350 batteries? Is it safe to buy the green wrapped ones on banggood, described as panasonics?

  • +1

purchased numerous times through banggood and it's been great.
not a problem at all with their service and all of their stuff are genuine (unless otherwise stated on their website)

nitecore and other high end manufacture are unlike some of the cheaper ones for a few bucks (although I have heaps of those too). These guys build really high quality lights.
check out some of the nitecore endurance test on youtube and you'll see what i mean.

would recommend any nitecore products if you ask me. (their "tube" usb keychain lights are pretty wicked too)

    • +1

yea this is true sister company of jetbeam i love them both Nitecore and jetbeam great quality products i own 5 Nitecore products 3 lights and 2 chargers…

  • What is this?!? A flashlight for ants??? It needs to be at least three times bigger than this!

  • +3

bought one, this is the most expensive torch i've bought

      welcome to the club mate!
try to resist spending heaps on these coz its very addictive

like aussieprepper stated above, I have (i think) 7 nitecore lights and a charger, 3 sunwayman, 5 fenix, 1 acebeam, 1 jetbeam and probably over 10 other non branded CREE LED lights.

edit. and I use Olight for my EDC keychain light

  • code expired?

    • No, I just tested it & it is working. :)

      • Confirmed and purchased. Cheers banggood
