    worked perfectly! great freebie!

…when you enter your e-mail you get a link to here:
    http://s3.amazonaws.com/workoutmusic/The_Biggest_Loser_SUBWA…

…so if you don't want to send in your e-mail addies for more spam just hit the URL above :)

I was hoping there would be no direct links to the zip itself, not because I don't prefer it (believe me, I do!), but because if they see direct linking from a site other than their own, they might pull the album altogether. Anyone that clicks on the direct link is likely to send OzBargain as their referer.

There's no need to use a valid e-mail address. You can enter anything and it'll work. I assume it would need to be in the correct format, that being [email protected].

Anyway, I downloaded it. The MP3s inside are at a constant bitrate of 320kbps, so everything's extremely high quality.

EDIT: Whoops. This was meant to be a reply to hyper4ctive's post. I don't think it's possible for the mods to fix this, but if it is, can someone move it there? I can't see any way of doing it myself :)

      If you want
      1. copy your comment
      2. reply to hyper4ctive and paste
      3. edit the original comment and write, please delete :)

      • That already crossed my mind, but it seems like so much effort ;)

It seems to be fine as-is, provided 1000 replies don't come up all of a sudden for hyper4ctive's post and takes mine out of context due to the displacement…

(Cue 1000 replies to hyper4ctive's post)

keep in mind, these are the "workout" versions of the songs. ie. lots of extra beats and dance elements

very nice! i'm going to listen intently for some subliminal messages first though…
    "exercise… but eat subway…. exercise… but watch channel 10…" :P

It's a good deal, and great for workout, BUT these are all cover tracks (ie not original artists) so the post should probably be clarified to make that clear.

I'm pretty much stuck a couple of decades ago, music wise, so the songs I had listened to seemed fine. It wasn't until I reached the songs that I do know that I could hear the difference. They still sound fine, but the difference should be pointed out.

I've updated the post. Thanks for the info lwdog.

  • 130 mb's for 12 songs is a heap. All 320 KBS

    They are all remixes. :(

They will probably have to pay amazon a heap for the hosting if thousands download. :)

  • Thanks, very cool.

    @randomusername,

    Thanks for the great post!

sorry about the link to the zip but personally, I'd rather have a hundred valid e-mail addresses as opposed to a thousand fake ones. I put mine in and saw the link so I thought I'd share.

If you think that my doing so is ethically wrong (well, not wrong but for the specific reasons you mentioned) I'll happily remove it. Just let me know. In the meantime I'll leave it there as it seems to be well received by others.

    I'll check back in a bit :)

I honestly don't mind the link, hyper4ctive. When I posted the deal, I pondered putting in a direct link myself, but I decided against it. My reasoning is that if people are direct linking, and thus avoiding their system, they would see no benefit and pull the album and people would miss out on the deal.

But no, I don't think you should remove the link. I don't think anything will happen. I was just playing it safe :)

  • okie dokie.

  • lol sucks pretty hard that these are covers. what's the point :/

    • Yeah they're covers, but they're done really well and it's commonplace for covers to be used in mixes. Plus, anyone that's into mixes or needs workout music, is getting something for free :)

      • another good place for good paced (free) mixes I found is Mike Esser's podcast dance mix stuff… a bit cheesy but thats just what you need for a good sweat/house cleaning imho (http://mikeesser.podomatic.com/)

  • this is pretty good for what it's worth.

I love this! cannot see at all how this could be used as a work out, unless i was a fairy. but whatever. good music.

    • I must be a fairy then. The songs aren't too bad at all, but that's probably because its the first time I've heard these songs rather than hearing and getting used to the originals (I don't follow mainstream music so its all new to me)

  • Hi,

Can we legally write it to a CD and listen to it in our car? I remember somewhere I read that it may be illegal to do so.

  • direct link now checks for referer.

You need to use their website.
