Is this like an endless runner type game? I hate those…

    • +2

You hate it at first then you will love it

"2012 runner up for game of the year "…. it's 2015 still running…

      • +1

correction: you will hate it AND you will love it! :)

    • Nope. It's a game that requires quick reflexes. All you need to do is last 60 seconds per difficulty. Give it a try.

alright, downloaded it and it plays like an endless runner type game. Too stressful for me so I deleted it.

I think my record is about 15s

    • I just got 18.52… now my life is complete. (lets see how long this thread gets and how long my life completion lasts.)

      • 71:57 on my current phone, but I'm pretty sure I cracked 80 before.

You do have otherworldly eyes though, obvious advantage.

        • @Gravy:
          Try meth.

  • This game is terribly hard, but terribly addictive.

    • +3

      It sounds terrible !

  • Got it for Android a year or so ago and it is frustratingly brilliant. Sort of reminds me a bit of Gyruss (80's game) in some ways but then not at all.

    For IPAD users:

    -Download Apple Store app.
    -Don't allow location services.
-Find stores tab (on iPad you have to scroll across the categories to find it).
    -Click find stores.
-Change search region to United States (it's at the bottom).
-Search Texas and click Texas Alabama.
-Click the top store and select the store on the map.
-Scroll to the bottom of the page and you'll see the super hexagon game.
-Click, press the green get game button and redeem your code.

Bizarre… I received the following error the first time I tried to get it… "Error - We're sorry. Due to high demand this offer is not available any more. Please check the Apple Store app often for new promotions."

    Worked the second time though.

Beware old iPad/iPhone users; this requires iOS 8.

    • you beat me to it. apparently the "apple store" app now requires ios8 or higher.. oh well.

    • Just found a workaround for users running older devices -

I used a friend's iPad that was running IOS 8.4.1, and the latest Apple Store app. Following the steps provided by aznsniper (above) I located the section for the free install of Super Hexagon and tapped "install". This took me to the app store, and it asked for the password to confirm the purchase. After that, it took me to a new screen with a redeem code, exactly as though you were redeeming an iTunes credit code, and it was pre-filled with a code for Super Hexagon - but I did not tap "redeem". Instead, I grabbed my other iPad running IOS 7.1.2, went to the app store, scrolled to the bottom and tapped "redeem", then typed in the code from the other iPad and boom! Free Super Hexagon on my older iPad =)

      Hope this helps ^_^

    On iPad:

    Error
We're sorry. Due to high demand, this offer is not available anymore. Please check the Apple Store app often for new promotions.

    • As per the comment from cryptowiz two up from yours, worked fine for me on second attempt…

      • +1

My bad, (obviously) didn't see the comment by cryptowiz.

Worked for me the second time.

        Thanks for pointing that out.

  • Pretty cool game. I'm not very consistent, seems like my high scores are quite fluky. It went from 8 -> 18 -> 29 -> 50.

  • Thanks TA, grabbed it

  • Its a good and popular game thanks TA

  • Already expired.
Despite saying available til 30th OCtober, when you try to redeem it says
"Due to high popularity this offer is no longer available"
    or words to that effect.

    • Still working fine. Just downloaded on a friend's iPhone.

    • OK weird. As mentioned above, it works after multiple tries.

  • Nice find :) thanks

  • warning: do not try this game before you've had your morning coffee :-)

    Excellent find, thanks OP

  • "Game over"…I forgot how much I hate this game!!! Would play again.

And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. And again.
