    I don't see YouTube ads. Even if I did, there are plenty of very long videos.
    There are plenty of free calming sounds to be founds using a web search (e.g. https://archive.org/details/relaxingsounds)

    So, what is the advantage over searching YouTube for calming sounds?

      Youtube does sometimes put ads mid-video; which is the last thing you'd want if you're trying to sleep. That said, I just download the audio from said youtube videos, and play locally.

        The question was more for the OP. The point being, if you want calming videos, there are plenty of unpaid options without needing an unpaid version of what is essentially the same thing. My Dentist uses calming music to relax her patients. The drill sound drowns it out 😂

    So what happens after 1 year?
    Do they charge you after 1 year after trial ends?
    So they’re hoping you don’t use the app and forgotten about it after 1 year and charge after trial?

      You may have had a point pre 2017 for android and 2019 for apple - subs can be managed and cancelled from your phones settings when you subscribe

    A good thing to add is the ability to allow audio from other apps. I use Audible and like to use the sound from the app simultaneously.
