      They have a USA range known for quality and being expensive.
      They also have a Chinese range known for being subpar quality to the USA range and cheaper, but I find even their china range better than most competitors around the same price range ie Remmington etc

          @ozy: Haha not too sure, i know the Wahl KM2 Pet Clippers was made in Europe. that costed me around $200. Extremely solid quality.

          I'm using horse clippers for my dogs after not finding good long lasting pet clippers. Wish i knew about the KM2's, could have saved me $495 for a second hand pair of horse clippers

    Wahl are not as good as Wahl and Shaver shop attendants attest too. Their blades dulled within 2 years and their in built battery dropped dramatically within a year and a half.

    I bought one of the "better" Wahl models about 18months ago. The head broke and would cut anymore after 6months. Took it back to shaver shop to be told "moving parts aren't covered under warranty". Now this was the actual plastic, yes plastic, that held the replaceable head on that broke. Only after some considered time arguing whilst recording was I able to get " an exception made" an the head replaced for free. First and last Wahl, last shaver shop purchase.

    went to pick up the nose-hair trimmer at North Ryde and it scanned as $8, so a further $0.97 saving.
