Good price for those that didnt pick up the ebay HP 250 Laptop Intel Core i5 15.6" which was slightly cheaper. Alas, you probably should have advertised this before the 20% off sale to move extra units.

I bought of these for my son, bought it at the Dicksmith $90off, so was also $499, put an SSD (from MSY) in and it goes like a dream. It's the 5th gen chip so graphics aren't bad either for gaming. A bit tricky to open up for the drive and memory upgrade, but I'm very happy with mine and this is cheap for a 5th gen i5. Extra 4gb of ram cost me $45 (from MSY), come with an empty slot.
Much better value than the flood of atom based laptops around, this is an i5, 5th gen, for only $120 more.
could you give more detail on the type of SSD used? I have bought these as well and though not complaining on the boot up speed I have the urge to take advantage of current SSD deals

on their website it days stock available but i went there yesterday and even ask the dude to check if they had one anywhere else, but completely sold out :/
