Was about to buy this the other day…then I realised that the 'follow me', points of interest and waypoints don't work yet and are a 'coming soon' feature. I'm still VERY tempted to buy this at the $920 price though
The longer you wait, the better the technology gets, and the better the prices go down. If these guys can afford to do a bargain at $920 - then someone else may be able to do a bargain at $920 in the future ;)

Yeah, I think I'll get it. I was doing an online live chat with a lady at DJI the other night and she seems to think that these features will be released in a firmware update in the very near future…but then again, she HAS to say that - it could be 1 year away!!
Just like the Parrot AR drone and full-feature enabled android support… its never freaking coming.

Better off getting 3x CX-20s with cheapy banggood gimbals, an Eachine Gopro fpv transmitter. One for you and 2x for your buddys, for the same price.
I fell for the cheaper CX20 last year…regretted it very quickly
Search cx20 crash or cx20 lost on youtube the gps function isnt reliable the cx22 looks more promising shame about the price

They started out at $1324. I was just about to buy one and then the price dropped to $1149! Good thing i waited 5 minutes before hitting the button!

wouldnt bother with the standard would go straight for the advanced or pro (if needing 4K)
The advance and pro are better tech with Light bridge Tech and can go up to 3ks and stream video
