ok this might be an odd question, but the Guitar Hero design on the console itself, is that a removable sticker? I really want to buy one and this is a good opportunity, but I really do not want the Guitar Hero paraphernalia.

This is a good price. I have researched this product heavily. For this price the nintendo ds i found from many suppliers were "refurbished", they look brand new, come with warrentey, but they are returns which were re-sealed and sold on as refurbished units. It would be good to know if these are.
anyhow its a good dealBought one as well (finally), it was still $199 last week.
And regarding refurbished NDS, as far as I know, a lot of them are actually old console(second hand), by changing the casing and buttons to look like brand new, but actually a old, maybe defected, console.
Focalprice used to sell it, but no longer. You can find a lot of them in ebay, coming from HK for around $125. But this one is brand new and come with a game,it is definitely a PLUS.These are brand new, but are old, residual stock from >1 year ago. You'd probably find a good deal on them lying around at the major retailers who've discontinued this (DSE, Kmart, Big W, Myer - whoever sells it, really).
A month ago I bought the DSi at Toys R Us for $150 (had to spend $250 instore first).
I already have a DS Lite, but this is a great bargain. Cheers for pointing it out :D
