Must have a deal with Optus where they both source them from the same place or could be leftover/unsold stock from Optus. I recommend asking Kogan via eBay private message.

Thanks for the info. Since this is Australia stock, you are protected under the ACL which gives you a two year warranty.
It's a bit like how Apple Australia says they offer a 1 year warranty on their devices to make you buy AppleCare. When really they have to honour your warranty for 2 years under the ACL.

I can't guarantee that sorry. I recommend sending Kogan an eBay message and seeing where they are sending it from. If it is sent from Australia and not drop shipped, then you are be able to receive TRS.
