  Agree the price is good if it's honoured and there's stock BUT this is one model that has known QC issues with autofocus Canon won't acknowledge or fix. So if you get a dud you're out of luck.

    Canons are pretty garbage for the price they ask, if you don't have any lenses better off going for nikons equivalents. I say this as a guy that owns a 6d.

      I own D7100 and D7200. The Canons are what I use when i want a cheaper camera I don't care as much about. There are things that both systems do better than one another though. I'm really annoyed with Nikon's change to interaction between auto ISO and flash since the D90, and Nikon's QC was down the toilet for a few year (with their own AF issues). The IQ coming out of the Nikons is nicer though.

  Thanks astrodude! I've been waiting a few months to snag a 70D during a good discount! The price on ebay has gone down to $1,299 so it went through as $1,039.20 for me. I wonder if it's justified going to asia for a weekend just to make the most of the $130 TRS?

      Thanks! It turns out the stock levels were off so I'm waiting a couple of weeks for the new stock to come in, but I don't need to pay postage and I'll still be eligible for cashback, so yay!
