I saw an ad stating that you could save up to 25% for parking at Perth airport if you book online. I decided to see if it would be cheaper than taking cabs or ubers. It isn't in my case for a one week trip.
But when I was looking at booking, I noticed that the one week duration advance saver rate was $101 in long term, but "only" $113 in short term parking for a week, provided you booked online in advance. In my case, this was less than 48 hours in advance and was for 7 days from 19 Aug.
The normal price for 7 days in short term is $260. In long term it is $111.
They have short term advance savers and long term advance savers. There is a badge next to the price saying limited time.

I could not find any nfo on the rationale behind the fee structure but here is the excerpt of the ts&cs relating to online bookings.
Pre-booked self parked (online booking only)
We are not responsible if you miss your flight or your airline check-in has closed. You must leave an appropriate amount of time to reach the terminal building from the car park. You should factor in enough time including without limitation for finding a space (taking into account that the car park may be busy, particularly at peak times), getting your luggage out of the car, locking the car, walking to the relevant bus stop, the frequency of the buses and the time the bus journey takes from the car park to the terminal (if using the Long Term car park) and walking to the terminal.
You must have pre-paid the applicable fee for your use of the car park using the online booking process and your booking must have been confirmed by Perth Airport as set out in clauses 25 to 28.
If your exit date is uncertain, we recommend you consider pre-booking additional days. Extra days or hours stayed outside of your pre-booked nominated booking period will be charged at the standard rates displayed at the entry to the car park in which you park.
When you have parked your vehicle, it is your sole responsibility to:
lock your vehicle securely;
fully close all windows of your vehicle;
apply your handbrake properly;
engage any steering lock, alarm or immobiliser you may have;
not leave any animal or person within your vehicle; and
ensure that your possessions are placed in a locked boot and are not on display.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever occurring to your vehicle or possessions within it including without limitation resulting from your failure to do the things set out in clause 21. We and our contractors do not accept any valuables or other articles for safe custody.
We have the right to not allow you to remove your vehicle from the car park until:
where available, a valid parking ticket is presented to the attendant;
a valid parking ticket is accepted by an exit payment machine; or
you provide acceptable evidence of ownership or entitlement to use the vehicle and pay the applicable fee for tickets that are misplaced or otherwise lost in circumstances where you misplace the parking ticket issued to you on entry.
Size and height restrictions apply at some of our car parks. You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle complies with these restrictions.
The applicable fees are those parking fees, booking fees and credit card fees notified to you as applicable to your booking at the time of your booking.
A booking is confirmed only when you receive confirmed notification via the Website. A copy will also be emailed to your nominated email address.
Bookings are valid for one entry and one exit only. Multiple entries are not permitted.
Bookings are only valid at the parking location chosen by you when you make your booking.
