I had to make a claim with Aus Post travel insurance once and it was more painful that getting karate chopped in the face. Avoid.
Thanks got a multi trip 12 month policy with $0 excess for $234.90… Have been with them for 2 years before and made 2 claims no problems.

It is only 10% and I don't even trust their delivery insurance. Last time they insisted they have delivered, but the item show up a month later with a big stamp 'Return to Sender'.
